¼ cup oyster sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon sugar or honey
1 small onion, sliced
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 Tablespoons oil
1 small chicken, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, sugar (or honey), onion and garlic in lg. bowl.
2. Add chicken and allow to marinate at least one (1) hour (better if marinated longer).
3. Remove from marinade, drain, reserving onion slices. Set onions aside.
4. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-low heat.
5. Fry slowly until cooked and golden brown, about 30 minutes.
6. Toward end of cooking time, add onion slices to cook with chicken.
7. Serve hot with cooked rice.
