20 pods okra, fairly small to medium in size
1 can Rotel
1 can diced tomatoes(or you can use 4 fresh tomatoes)
1 Vidalia onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped (optional)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. creole seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in crockpot on high and add onions and bell pepper. After a few minutes add garlic and tomatoes. Finally add Rotel and washed whole okra. Cover with lid and cook on medium for about 3 hours, until okra is very tender. This is a great side dish with peas and cornbread! Or you can serve it over rice.
