1 lb. ground chuck
2 cups fresh or canned diced tomatoes
1 can creamed style corn
1 small minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tblsp. Worcestershire Sauce
4 large sweet green peppers
1/4 cup buttered breadcrumbs (sometimes I substitute cheddar cheese)


Directions:
Directions:
Cut peppers in half and remove seeds. Parboil in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove from water and drain.
Saute beef and onions. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in corn and seasonings and mix well.
Fill with meat mixture and top with breadcrumbs (or cheese). Place into greased baking dish and bake in preheated 375º oven for 35-40 minutes.
