Corkscrew pasta
Salami
Capers
Purple onion
Celery
Fresh garlic
Olive oil
Wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta and cool. Cut salami up in little pieces; add to cool pasta. Chop onion and celery and add to pasta. Add garlic (minced). Add salt and pepper.

The dressing is the wine vinegar and olive oil. Add and toss.

When Claudia and I worked at Frank B. Hall Insurance Company, there was a lady that catered lunches. This was her pasta recipe.
