1 cup Crisco shortening
½ cup sugar
3 tsps salt
1 cup boiling water
2 eggs
2 cakes of yeast
1 cup of tepid water
6 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve two packages of yeast into the cup of tepid water.
Pour boiling water over sugar, shortening and salt.
Blend yeast mixture into Sugar and Shortening mixture
Add two eggs
Beat well and knead dough well
Place in refrigerator for eight hours before using
Make into rolls and let rise until double in size.
Bake in oven at 450º
