1 1/2 C Corn Meal
1 C Boiling Water
3 Tbsp Melted Butter
1 Tsp Salt
1 C Flour (sifted)
1 C Milk
4 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Sugar
3 Eggs, well beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Slowly add meal to boiling water, stirring constantly.

When smooth, cool, add eggs, butter, and salt and sugar.

Alternately add milk and flour sifted with baking powder

Bake in square greased pan

400 degrees about 30 minutes
