2 C. tomato puree
3/4 C. honey
1/2 C. white vinegar
1/4 C. tomato paste
2 T. coconut crystals
2 T. coconut aminos
2 tsp. fish sauce
1 1/2 tsp. natural liquid smoke
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper

Directions:

1. Place all of the ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat and whisk to combine.

2. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes, until the sauce has reduced by about half.

3. Let come to room temperature before storing in the refrigerator for later use. The sauce may be stored for up to 1 week.
