2 cups skim milk powder

1 cup all purpose flour

1 tbsp salt

1 cup cold margarine

Combine dry ingredients.

Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal.

Store in covered jar in fridge.

Makes 4 cups

Directions:
To make one cup of white sauce, gradually add 1 cup of water to 1/2 cup mix.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
