In a saucepan mix 2 cups ketchup, 2/3 cup worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup cider vinegar, 1 tsp salt, 2 garlic cloves, minced, dash of cayenne and 2 tbsp cooking oil

Bring to boil and simmer for 20 mins.

Makes about 3 1/2 cups
