2 pie shells
8 oz. cheddar cheese grated
12 oz. sausage browned and drained
8 eggs beaten
11/2 cup of milk
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Line pie crust with sausage, layer with cheese then combine egg, milk salt and pepper and pour over layer and bake.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees
