2-lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
10-oz. bag grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper
2 c. crushed corn flake crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes in large bowl. Add soup sour cream, onion, cheese, and seasonings. Mix well. Put in a 9 x 13-in. baking casserole. Sprinkle with corn flake crumbs. Bake 350º for 1 ½ hours.
