1 Tbsp oil
1 lb ground turkey
1 Can of beans
4 Cloves garlic, chopped
1 Can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 cup broth or water
1 Tsp ground cumin
1 Tsp paprika
1/2 Tsp Chili flakes
1 Tsp oregano
1 Tsp onion powder
1 Bay leaf
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a large pot over med heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the turkey and spices and cook through. Then add tomato paste and cook for 2 min.

Add the canned tomatoes, beans, broth and bay leaf. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for 20-25min
