1 Can Coconut milk
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp red curry paste
1 1/2 tbsp Fish sauce
2 Tbsp lime juice
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tsp minced garlic
1/2 Cup water or broth
2 Red pepper diced

Measure out all ingredients and have them ready.

Pour coconut milk into a saucepan over high heat, when the milk reaches a gentle simmer add all the other ingredients listed above and whisk.

Keep on high heat for 15min or until the sauce has reduced and thickened.
