¼ c. vegetable oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
¾ c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. vanilla
½ c. nuts, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil and brown sugar in medium bowl. Add egg and beat well. Stir in dry ingredients, then vanilla and nuts. It's not rocket science.
Spread in greased 8" pan. Bake at 350º for 25 +/- minutes. Like brownies, Don't Overbake!
