2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
3 ears fresh cooked corn, kernels cut off cob
2 red bell peppers diced
2 cloves garlic minced
1-2 green onion finely chopped
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbs sugar
8 tbs olive oil
1 tsp lime zest
6 tbs fresh lime juice
1/2 c cilantro chopped
2 avocados chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except avocados and mix well. Cover and chill a few hours or overnight. Add avocados before serving and mix gently.
