1 12 oz. pkg. firm, drained and pressed Tofu
4 leaves Kale washed and finely chopped
1 T. ground Turmeric
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 15 oz. can Black Beans drained and rinsed

Directions:
Directions:
Skillet over medium heat with a splash of olive oil.
Crumble tofu into skillet
Add chopped kale and seasonings.
At this point, tofu and kale should be sizzling so stir often so it doesn't burn.
Drain and wash beans, set aside.
Once tofu and kale are browned, take off heat and set aside.
Add beans and enjoy!
