1/2 cup milk
1 slice bread 2" thick,cubed fine
1lb. ground pork, ground once
1 egg
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 small onion (grated)

1 can tomato soup
2 cans water
S&P to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients.Roll into balls. Put in roaster. Cover with soup, water and S&P to taste. Bake in oven at 350º,covered for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

Anything Mary made was delcious. while I dont remember this recipe I am sure it is good and plan to make it soon. It iS not my mom's handwriting and since it has Mary's name on it I assume it is hers.
