1 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs or vanilla wafers (this amount was written in mom's shorthand so I THINK that is right).
1 cup crushed nuts(pecans or walnuts).
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 Tbl cocoa

1/4 cup bourbon or whiskey
1 1/2 tbls. white karo
more confectioners sugar

Mix dry ingredients. Add to them the bourbon and karo syrup. Mix well. Roll in small balls and roll in confectioners sugar. Refrigerate.

I found this on a timy scrap of yellowed paper tucked in mom's recipe book. I had to translate it a little and read between the lines. I am going to try making these. They sure sound easy!
