1 cup butter
8 ounces cream cheese cut up
8 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 egg whites beaten stiffly
Long Italian or French bread cut into 1 inch cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, cream cheese and cheddar cheese in double boiler. Add spices and fold in egg whites to mixture. Dip cubes of bread and put on foil. Freeze hard. 450° on ungreased cookie sheet for 12 to 20 minutes until light brown.

Great as an appetizer or as a side item with soups like Tomato.
