Ingredients:  
1½ cups corn oil
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 cups chopped, peeled apples of your choice
1 cup chopped nuts
½ cup golden raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla until well blended.
Combine dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture, beating well.
Stir in apples, nuts and raisins. Spoon batter into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan.
Bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 325° or until done. (Insert toothpick or cake tester until it comes out clean) Let cake cool in pan for 10 minutes. Drizzle cake slowly with glaze letting it soak in as you go.

Apple Cider Glaze:
½ cup apple cider or Apple Juice (I use Apple Juice)-
½ Apple Jack Brandy (or any brown liquor)-
¼ cup packed brown sugar-
2 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine

Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Yields 1 cup.
