Should be made several days ahead

¾ pound grated American cheese
1- 3 ounce package soft cream cheese
1 teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon garlic salt
1½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly combined cheese, salt, garlic salt and Worcestershire. Use beater to mix.
Shape into two thin logs on wax paper.
Sprinkle with chili powder roll each log coating well.
Wrap and chill.
Serve with crackers.

Going through recipes I found this also from Aunt Florinda (Granny's cousin) but "Aunt Dear" (Adrienne Wingfield) and Granny (Yvonne Stanbery) would make and serve these every Christmas.
