2Tbsp Sugar
1 Cake of Yeast
1¼ Cup Warm Water
2 Eggs
2½ Cups Flour
⅓ Cup Rolled Oats
1½ tsp. Salt
⅓ Cup Dry Milk
¼ Cup Melted Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water. Set aside. Combine dry ingredients including oats. Add sugar and yeast slowly to dry ingredients. Beat and let set 15 to 20 minutes in the bowl. Spread batter in greased pan. Cut in squares before you brush with butter. Sprinkle with dry rolled oats. Let rise until double in height (about 1 hour). Bake at 375º for 30 minutes.
