1 lb gr beef
1 egg, beaten
1 (6.8 oz) pkg beef rice-a-roni
1-2 TB vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix the ground beef, egg, and rice-vermicelli mix from the box of rice-a-roni.
2) Shape into twenty 1 1/4 inch meatballs and brown all sides in small amount of oil. Drain.
3) Mix water and seasoning packet together and slowly add to meatballs.
4) Cover and simmer meatballs on low heat 20-30 minutes, or until meatballs are tender.

Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy.
