2 1/2 c. bisquick baking mix
2 tbsp. (1/2 stick) cold butter
1 heaping c. grated cheddar cheese
3/4 c. cold milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried parsley flakes
Pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine bisquick and cold butter in medium bowl using pastry cutter or fork. Do not mix too thoroughly. Should be small chunks of butter the size of peas.

Add cheddar cheese, milk and 1/4 tsp. garlic powder. Mix by hand until combined, but do not over mix.

Drop approximately 1/4 c. portions of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet using an ice cream scoop.

Bake 15-17 minutes, or until the tops of biscuits begin to turn light brown. Take biscuits from oven, melt 2 tbsp. butter in a small bowl in microwave. Stir in 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and dried parsley flakes. Brush mixture over top of biscuits.
