4 Pie Crust
1\3 cp Butter
1\3 cp Chopped Onion
1\2 tsp Salt
1\4 tsp Black Pepper
1\2 cp Milk
2 cans of Cream of Chicken
2 cps Mixed Vegetables
2 cps Cooked Shredded Chicken
2 cps chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425
2. Cook pie crust according to package
3. Saute onions in butter
4. Add cream of chicken, salt, pepper and stir
5. Add broth and milk
6. Cook until bubbly and thickened
7. Stir in Chicken and vegetables
8. Remove from heat
9. Spoon mixture in two of the pie crust
10. Top with second crust
11. Cut slits in several places on top of crust
12. Bake 30-40 minutes
13. During last 15 minutes of baking cover crust with aluminum foil to prevent excessive Browning
