1 Cup Warm Water
1 Pkg. Yeast
2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Shortening
1½ tsp. Salt
3 Cups Flour
cornmeal- to sprinkle on pan

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add remaining ingredients except cornmeal and mix until stiff dough forms. Push down once or twice. Shape into a loaf. Put on cookie sheet with cornmeal instead of grease. Let rise. Bake in 375º oven for 30 minutes.
