6 eggs
1/4 cup sugar, plus 1/2 cup
2 pints half & half
1 pint good Whiskey
nutmeg
1 ounce Jamaican Rum (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
6 eggs - separated. Beat egg whites with 1/4 cup sugar until stiff. Add 1/2 cup sugar to yolks and beat well. Mix together gently. Slowly stir in 2 pints half & half. Next, stir in 1 pint Whiskey, (the recipe calls out for four roses). You can also add 1 ounce of Jamaican Rum if you want. Stir thoroughly, but gently. Keep chilled. Sprinkle with nutmeg before serving.
