2 cups macaroni (uncooked)
1/2 cup butter cubed
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup sour cream
8 ounce velveeta cheese, cubed
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook macaroni per directions. Melt butter - add flour and stir until smooth. Add milk (slowly), cook and stir until thick - about 2 minutes. Reduce heat - stir in sour cream, velveeta cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and dry mustard until smooth and cheese is completely melted. Toss cooked & drained macaroni with cheddar cheese. Add creamed sauce to macaroni, gently mix. Pour into greased casserole dish.

Bake 35 - 40 minutes.
