2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can (4¼ oz.) chopped ripe olives
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
¼ cup chopped green onion
1½ tsp. minced fresh parsley or ½ tsp. dried parsley flakes
30 slices snack rye bread

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
2. Spread a rounded tablespoonful over each slice of bread.
3. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
4. Bake at 450º F. for 6*8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
