3 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
1 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 medium onion - diced
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1 clove garlic - minced
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice. Using a potato masher add the salt, cumin, and cayenne. Then, fold in the onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour and then serve with tortilla chips!
