4 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 cup sugar
¼ tsp salt
2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Scaled milk in a sauce pan.
In a mixing bowl combine eggs, sugar and salt.
Stir in milk and add vanilla.
PIE:
Pour into uncooked pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Note: Check in 25-30 minutes. You may need to apply foil to the edges of the pie crust to prevent burning.
DESSERT CUPS:
Pour into custard cups in pan and sprinkle with nutmeg.
pour extra water into pan around cups.
Bake in preheated oven at 325º for 40-45 minutes
