2 medium sweet onions, chopped finely (about 2 c)
1 8 oz pkg shredded mild cheese
1 c mayo
1/3 c bacon bits
1/2 tsp hot pepper seasoning
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350º
2. Mix onions, cheddar, mayo, bacon bits, and hot pepper sauce until well blended.
3. Spoon into lightly greased 1 qt baking dish or 9" pie plate.
4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
5. Bake 15 min or until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve with wheat thins.

Can be made ahead of time; cover, refrigerate for up to 24 hours. When ready to serve bake as directed.
