4 Sweet Potatoes (cooked)
1 Stick Oleo
2 Eggs
1 Cup Evaporated Milk
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
½ Cup Nuts
¾ Cup Marshmallows
Topping:
1 Stick Oleo
½ Cup Brown Sugar
½ Cup Pecans
¾ Cup Grape nuts
½ Cup Marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mash and beat potatoes with oleo.
2. Blend in remaining ingredients.
3. Pour into casserole.
4. Bake at 350º 25-30 minutes.
Topping:
5. Mix oleo and sugar. Spread over potatoes.
6. Sprinkle with pecans, grape nuts, and marshmallows.
7. Return to oven until browned.
