3 Pounds Chicken or Ground Meat
1 Onion (chopped)
8 oz. Tortilla Chips (broken up)
1½ Cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Rotel Tomatoes- with hot peppers
¾ Cup Chicken Broth (bouillon cubes)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook chicken in salted water. Bone chicken and cut into bite sized pieces. OR if using ground meat, brown until done- with seasoning.
2. Place meat in bottom of casserole dish.
3. Combine soups with tomatoes.
4. Layer with cheese, onion, soups.
5. Bake at 375º 45-60 minutes.
6. Remove from oven. Top with cheese. Let melt and serve.
