1 lb. small Brussels sprouts, halved
1 large red onion, cut into 1/2" wedges
2 tblsps. olive oil
1/2 tsp.Garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 sprigs fresh rosemary , broken into small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. On a large rimmed baking sheet or pan, toss the Brussels sprouts, onion, olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast until golden brown and tender, 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Brussels sprouts that are about an inch in diameter are best. Larger ones taste too cabbage.
