Ingredients: 1½ cups whole-wheat flour, or whatever flour you use ½ cup butter melted ½ teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons milk

Directions:1. Melt the butter in the microwave right in the pie pan (if glass). 2. Add the rest of the crust ingredients and mix with a fork. 3. Use your hands to finish the mixing and then form a ball in the pan. Press it into the pan and bring it up on the sides, and then pinch the top. |

Ingredients: 1½ cups milk preferably whole 5 eggs beaten Salt and Pepper to taste Extras like: shredded cheese of any kind; chopped leftover veggies like broccoli, spinach or asparagus; leftover meats such as ham or sausage

Directions:1. Fill the bottom of the crust with the extras of your choice. 2. Mix the rest of the quiche filling ingredients and then pour right into the raw crust on top of the extras. 3. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until filling is set. |

Notes: This is my go to recipe for a weeknight dinner when I don't have anything defrosted to cook because we always have eggs on hand and its a dish the kids will eat 99% of the time. I will serve it with breakfast sausage and orange slices. It's a good one to double because then you can have one for dinner and one for breakfast some other time during the week.
