1 bag wide egg noodles, regular or gluten free
1 or 2 cans of peas, I like LeSueur
3 or 4 can white chunk tuna in water
1 can of black olives, optional (your MiMi, Avis Moore Rupert, did not ever use olives!)
1 pkg shredded sharp cheddar or other cheese
1 can mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream
1tbs Garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil noodles, drain water off. Mix tuna, cheese, and all other stuff...then mix in noodles. Cook at 350 for about 20-30 minutes.
If freezing, portion out after mixing then freeze. Then pull out of freezer, thaw some and cook.

My mom, Avis Moore Rupert, made this for us on a regular basis. We loved tuna casserole night, especially on Fridays during lent. It is super easy to make a huge batch and freeze in smaller portions to pull out later.
