3 onions, 2 sliced and 1 chopped
4 - 5 lb. pork roast, or fresh picnic ham
5 - 6 cloves
2 C. water
16 oz. bottle barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1 of the sliced onions on the bottom of Crock Pot then add meat, cloves, and water. Put remaining onion on top. Cover and cook overnight or 8 - 12 hours on low.

Remove bone and fat from meat. Put meat back in Crock Pot. Add chopped onion and barbecue sauce. Cover and cook additional 1 - 3 hours on high or 4 - 8 hours on low, stirring two or three times.

Serve from Crock Pot on large buns.
