(1) big box of Rice Chex
(1) big box of Wheat Chex
(2) big boxes of Crispix
(1) 16-oz. can of large unsalted peanuts
(2) 16-oz. cans of whole roasted cashews
(2) 16-oz. cans of roasted pecans
(2) 16-oz. cans / bags of walnut halves
(1) large bag Rold Gold pretzel sticks
(2) large bags original (non-flavored) Bugles
(1) large box of cheese crackers (Cheezits / Nips, etc.)
(2.5) pounds thick-sliced bacon, cut into small pieces and cooked crispy
(1) cup (+) collected grease from bacon
(6) tablespoons of Tabasco / Louisiana hot sauce
(4) tablespoons Sriracha hot sauce
(6) tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
(2.5) tablespoons garlic powder
(1.5) tablespoons onion powder
(1) stick butter
(6) oz. beef tallow

Directions:
Directions:
Pour all dry ingredients into turkey roasting pans and mix together well.

In a small sauce pot, melt butter and tallow, and mix with Tabasco, bacon grease, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic / onion powders. When blended, pour over the dry ingredients while stirring all together.

Roast in 225-deg. oven for 2 1/2 hours. Rotate / mix trash every 30 minutes. Cool before serving.
