1½ cups flour
1 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 cup milk
¼ cup oil
2 pounds cube steak
2.6 ounce package country style gravy mix, prepared

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper; set aside. Dip steak into milk, then into flour mixture, pressing to coat completely. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add steak, in batches, and cook 5 minutes on each side or until golden and tender, adding additional oil as needed. Top with prepared gravy.
