3 cups milk chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
24 Reese's peanut butter cups, unwrapped and divided

Directions:

Line 8x8 glass dish with foil and spray with cooking spray. Line with 13 whole Reese's and set aside. In a large microwave safe bowl, stir chocolate chips and condensed milk together and microwave in 30 second increments until smooth and completely melted. Pour over peanut butter cups and smooth the tops. Chop up the 12 remaining Reese's and press into the top. Bring to room temperature, about 1 hour, before refrigerating, Once it is solid, remove from the pan using the foil and cut into squares.
