Use a 1:3 ratio of Cider Vinegar to water.
Sugar (to taste)
Mayonnaise (use Hellmans only) until you get the consistency of sour cream
Shredded cabbage, red and white
Shredded carrots
Finely chopped onion
celery seed
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage and put into a bowl. Add Shredded carrots and finely chopped onion to the mix.
In a separate bowl add mayo, vinegar, sugar and water and mix until sugar is dissolved.

Amounts of vinegar, water and sugar depend on the amount of cabbage being used.

Blend in the mayonnaise until you get the correct consistency. Pour on top of cabbage mix and stir.

Add celery seed, salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate and serve when cool.
