2-8 oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts
¼ cup butter, melted
1 cup corn flake crumbs
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
½ cup toasted sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each breast into 1½ inch pieces. Mix together corn flake crumbs, seasoning and seeds in a shallow dish. Dip each piece into butter then into crumb mixture. Place in single layer on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 400̊ oven 10 to 15 minutes.Serve with ranch dip, honey mustard, sweet and sour sauce or dipping sauce of choice. Makes about 12 to 16 nuggets.
