Great for chicken, fish, pork or beef. (Use before grilling/cooking.)

1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1 T. chili powder
2 T. each garlic and onion powder
1 T. Kosher salt
1 T. paprika
¼ C. firmly packed brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Store in an air-tight container.
3. Prior to cooking, generously rub on all surfaces of the meat.
4. Cook, using your preferred method.
