16 Cups popped Corn
1 cup brown sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 stick butter or margarine
¼ cup light syrup
½ tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
1. {Pop the popcorn.
2. Combine all of the remaining ingredients (except the baking soda) in a large glass bowl and bring to a boil on full power (about 2-3 minutes) in the microwave.
3. Once boiling, time for 3 minutes on full power, stiring several times.
4. Remove from microwave and stir in baking soda. Mix well.
5. Pour over the popped corn and mix well.
6. Cook on full power for 3 minutes stirring every 30 Seconds. (Important - dont miss this step).
7. Cool and enjoy!

Note: Once carmel is mixed with the popcorn this can be cooked the last 3 minutes in a large tupperware container.
