8 Cups cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 Cup green peppers, cut into thin strips
1 Cup onion, cut into thin strips
1 T. celery seed
2 T. salt
2 Cups sugar
1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel and slice vegetables; set aside. (You may prefer to leave the "skin" on the cucumbers)
2. Mix the sugar with the vinegar until not gritty.
3. Add the celery seed, and salt to the liquid mixture.
4. Pour the liquid mixture over the cucumbers and stir gently.
5. Let stand until juicy; store in a gallon jar.
