2 lbs. shredded hash browns
½ C. melted butter
1½ lb. sausage fried and drippings drained
1½ C. shredded Swiss cheese
1½ C.cheddar cheese
½ C. each finely chopped onion and green pepper (optional)
5 eggs
1¼ C. half & half
1 tsp. seasoned salt
pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Spread the hashbrowns into a greased 9 X 13 baking pan. Pour the melted butter over the potatoes and bake at 425º for about 25 minutes.
2. Sprinkle the cheese over the hashbrowns, then evenly sprinkle the fried sausage over the cheese.
3. Sprink on top of sausage the chopped onion and green pepper if you choose to use.
4. Beat the eggs, haf and half and salt & pepper over all ingredients.
5. Bake at 350º for about 40 minutes. After remove from oven, let set a few minutes to set before cutting into squares.
6. Serve immediately.
