1/3 cup sour cream
1 tbsp minced fresh dill
2 tsp prepared or grated horseradish
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Fresh dill sprigs for garnish
