1¼ c. water
¼ c.butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. mini-marshmallows
1 box German Chocolate cake mix

Directions:
Directions:
In small saucepan heat water and butter until butter melts.
Add brown sugar and stir together very well.
Pour into 9"X13"x2" pan.
Sprinkle with coconut, then chocolate bits, pecans, and marshmallows. Try to get each layer evenly distributed.

Prepare German Chocolate Cake Mix according to package directions. Carefully pour over marshmallow layer.

Bake at 325º for 55 - 60 minutes, or until tester near center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes, then turn out onto a serving platter or a rimmed cookie sheet (or jelly roll pan) that has been covered with foil.
