4 large baking potatoes, baked
¼ cup butter
⅔ cup milk
2 tbsp chopped onions
½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cut hot baked potatoes in half. Scoop out insides and reserve shells. In a large bowl, beat potatoes and butter until creamy. Gradually beat in milk then stir in onion, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into shells and sprinkle with cheese. Place in baking dish and bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
